HOW TO PLAN A GRADUATION IN FIVE EASY STEPS!

HOW TO PLAN A GRADUATION IN FIVE EASY STEPS!

#1 – Turn it into a group affair

If there are a couple of close friends graduating together, combine the parties all into one big affair instead of a bunch of little ones. It’s way easier for people to attend one party (and just bring three cards or gifts) than to try and fit in three parties. And things are more fun in a group anyway.

#2 – Choose the perfect location.

Location is everything when it comes to parties and venues are the perfect place for graduation parties. With semi-private rooms or small to large hall that are big enough for your family and friends, some venues even offer family-style dishes perfect for sharing, and a fun eclectic atmosphere.

#3 – Pick just a few party projects.

I know we all want to make everything we see on Pinterest but to be honest a lot of times there are projects on Pinterest that cost way less to buy than they do to make. Pick a few DIY projects that are easy to make and can be used as personalized decor in The venue, hall, or whatever location you choose for the party.

#4 – Personalize it.

No matter whether it’s high school graduation, college graduation, or even kindergarten graduation, it’s only going to happen once. Make it special for the graduates with some photos (photographer to capture the day), entertainment for example music (Dance Party with DJ ), fun party games, A graduation announcement banner or by having friends at the party toast the graduate with kind words and advice.

#5 – Let someone else take care of the dirty work.

One of my least favorite parts of a party is cleaning up afterwards. So choose a location like a venue or hall where all you have to do is grab your one or two projects and clear out. Forget the dishes and cleaning and spend more time celebrating your graduate instead. That’s the beauty of having a party somewhere else; you get to enjoy the time with family and friends without all the stress.
